When you use Civio Hub, we collect information you provide directly — including your name, email address, and any content you submit through the portal such as messages, files, and requests. We also collect usage data to improve the service.
Your information is used to provide and operate the client portal, communicate with you about your project, process payments, and send you relevant updates and notifications. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which operates on AWS infrastructure and maintains SOC 2 compliance. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorized team members only.
We retain your data for the duration of your engagement with Civio Creative and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. If you are located in California, you have additional rights under the CCPA. To exercise these rights, contact hello@civiocreative.com.
With your permission, we may send push notifications to keep you updated on your project. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
