By accessing and using Civio Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the portal.
Civio Hub is a private client portal provided exclusively to clients of Civio Creative. Access is granted on a per-project basis. You may not share your login credentials with others or use the portal for any purpose other than managing your project with the agency.
You are responsible for any content you submit through the portal, including messages, files, and feedback. You grant Civio Creative the right to use submitted content to deliver the agreed services.
Payment terms are governed by your signed agreement with Civio Creative. The portal may display payment schedules and statuses for reference purposes. Disputes regarding payments should be directed to hello@civiocreative.com.
All deliverables, designs, and materials produced by Civio Creative remain the property of the agency until full payment is received, as outlined in your client agreement.
Civio Creative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal. The portal is provided as-is and may be subject to occasional downtime for maintenance.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
